  • We offer cages and other non-consumable supplies for small pets. All products displayed available are subject to availability.

  • We are not liable for errors or omissions in product information. 

3. Orders and Payments 

  • Order Placement: Orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We may refuse or cancel orders due to unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.   
  • Payment: Full payment is required at purchase via provided payment methods. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD), excluding taxes and shipping charges, which are calculated at checkout.   
  • Pricing Errors: We may cancel orders with pricing errors and issue full refunds. 

4. Shipping and Delivery 

We ship only within the U.S. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. Delivery times are estimates, and we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other external factors. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. 

5. Returns and Refunds 

  • Return Policy: Unused, undamaged products in original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery. You cover return shipping unless the product is defective, or the return is due to our error.   
  • Refunds: Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the return. Shipping costs are non-refundable.   
  • Defective Products: Contact us at tinydens@outlook.com within 7 days of receipt for defective or damaged products to arrange a replacement or refund.
